Financial Clarity Review™
An independent second opinion on your financial strategy, considered from an investment and financial planning perspective.
Important financial decisions can have consequences that last for decades. The Financial Clarity Review™ assesses whether the arrangements you have today still work together towards the objectives that matter to you.

What the Review Considers
Every review is tailored to the questions and circumstances agreed at the outset. It considers your financial affairs as an integrated whole rather than evaluating individual investments in isolation.
- Whether your overall strategy remains aligned with your objectives, investment horizon and tolerance for risk.
- How investments, retirement planning, liquidity and significant assets such as businesses or property work together.
- The balance between growth and interest-bearing assets, including local and offshore exposure.
- Whether unnecessary complexity, concentration or unintended risk has accumulated.
- The combined cost of platforms, investment management and advice, and whether those costs remain proportionate.
- Tax, estate, will and trust considerations that may warrant coordinated input from the appropriate specialists.
What You Receive
Every Financial Clarity Review™ concludes with a written report. Depending on the agreed scope, it may include:
- A clear summary of your current position and overall financial strategy.
- Analysis of asset allocation, local and offshore exposure, liquidity and total cost architecture.
- Key observations, questions, opportunities for improvement and recommended priorities.
- Financial-planning observations and matters that may require specialist tax, legal, accounting or fiduciary advice.
- Where agreed, illustrative long-term planning scenarios based on current information and documented assumptions. These explore possible outcomes only and are not forecasts or guarantees.
The purpose is not to recommend change for its own sake. Sometimes the greatest value comes from confirming that an existing strategy remains appropriate.
How It Works
- Start the conversation. Tell us what has prompted your enquiry and which questions matter.
- Confirm fit and scope. We agree whether a review is appropriate, what it will cover and the once-off fee before work begins.
- Receive an independent view. We review the agreed information and provide a written report.
- Decide what happens next. The report is yours and there is no obligation to appoint ClearGauge.
Who the Review Is For
The review is generally most valuable when financial affairs have become increasingly complex or an important decision makes the whole picture matter.
- Significant local and offshore investment or retirement assets.
- Business interests, investment properties, trusts or family entities.
- Several advisers, accounts or financial structures that need coordination.
- Retirement, succession, a business sale or another material change in circumstances.
- A desire for an independent second opinion before making a long-term decision.
Independent by Design
The Financial Clarity Review™ is designed to stand on its own. You may continue with your existing adviser, implement the priorities independently, or ask ClearGauge to discuss ongoing advice.
There is no obligation to appoint ClearGauge Wealth, and the conclusions of the review are not influenced by whether you choose to do so.
